CAD Designer

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join its mechanical engineering team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for designing and developing products using Inventor software.

• Design and develop products such as engines, machines, instruments, controls, and robots.
• Work with a design team to create design sketches, layouts, and plans.
• Use Inventor software to create preliminary and detailed drawings of the product.
• Produce specifications for products and choose raw materials and components to be used in production.
• Build models and prototypes of the product and test the design.
• Study the test data and make comparisons with similar designs.

• Design Software: Inventor proficiency required.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful, and organized in a multi-functional role.
• Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at varying stages of completion simultaneously.
