Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with various locations throughout the recruiting process, concentrating on roles within manufacturing and warehouse settings. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting, implementing, and refining recruitment strategies alongside local hiring teams to meet staffing objectives while ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

This position is primarily based in the Riverside branch, with occasional support to North American locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Build a comprehensive talent database utilizing effective sourcing techniques, including referrals and the applicant tracking system. Engage with qualified candidates and disseminate relevant employer branding content. Screen applicants and conduct outreach via phone. Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruitment sessions. (60%)
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruiting process. Conduct intake meetings to grasp their requirements, influence recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with effective screening practices. (20%)
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate requisition data and track recruitment progress within the applicant tracking system. Provide weekly updates to HR and hiring managers. (10%)
  • HR Coordination: Partner with local HR teams to ensure a seamless transition through various recruitment stages, including interview scheduling and background checks. (10%)
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Human Resources certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in high-volume recruitment within manufacturing or operations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
