Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administer specialized IV therapies at patients' residences.
  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as required.
  • Maintain precise treatment records in line with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate closely with medical teams to optimize patient care.
  • Manage and uphold the condition of infusion equipment.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families in managing infusion treatments.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Wisconsin.
  • Degree in Nursing with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN background.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to travel within the Madison area.
  • Competency in EMR and healthcare-related software.

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, including day shifts and weekends.
  • Pay: Competitive rate of $40-50/hr, based on expertise.
