Our organization is a leader in the manufacturing of intricate aerostructure components for commercial, business, and military aircraft on a global scale. We excel in producing complex structural and mechanical assemblies, precision machined components, and advanced sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and operate a variety of power and manual fabrication machinery, including shot peen creasing, hot forming, and arbor presses, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Calculate the necessary bending areas of components to effectively manage springback, and apply metal tags to parts as needed.
  • Perform tasks associated with the completion of assigned duties.
  • Utilize equipment such as lift trucks, cranes, and scooters for loading, moving, unloading, and positioning tools, parts, or materials.
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency to navigate systems for labor tracking, access work instructions, and record work completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area as directed, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in shot peening or saturation peening, or two years of related metal-forming experience.

Education Requirements:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work any shift, including potential overtime as necessary.
