Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team at Concentra. As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive injury and illness prevention programs for employees
  • Administer prescribed first-aid treatment at the site of an emergency or in a specially equipped vehicle
  • Act as a liaison between employees, employers, and Concentra Onsite Medical Center to arrange physical evaluations and coordinate post-injury rehabilitation
  • Develop and maintain programs of preventative physical care for employees
  • Provide physical conditioning and wellness training to employees
  • Conduct CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens Training
  • Conduct alcohol and urine drug screening in accordance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid state EMT-P Certification/EMS license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • ACLS course completion
  • At least two or more years of EMT/Paramedic experience
  • Experience in participating in administrative, educational, or medical support services
