Job Title: Technical Solution Manager - Cloud Supply Chain Sustainability

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Manager to join our Cloud Supply Chain Sustainability team. As a Technical Solution Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of sustainable cloud supply chain solutions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that will be based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our cloud supply chain sustainability program, including the development of sustainable cloud infrastructure, the implementation of sustainable supply chain practices, and the management of supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet Microsoft's environmental goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they are meeting Microsoft's sustainability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on sustainable cloud supply chain solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical solution management, cloud infrastructure, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable cloud infrastructure and supply chain practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical solution management, cloud infrastructure, or related field.
  • Experience with sustainability methodologies, including GhG Protocol, Environmentally Extended Input Output (EEIO) models, and process-based life cycle assessments.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS.
