We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
- Maintain quality care that meets company and regulatory standards.
- Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of the Executive Director.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification.
- One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
- Proficient in the use of personal computer.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
