Business Development Representative

Stokes-Hodges Ford is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up on vehicle pricing and availability
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team
- Confirm next-day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects and customers
- Work with the Internet Manager to follow up on hot leads
- Prospect the manifest lists
- Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
- Log all appointments in eLead
- Maintain daily appointment activity in a shared document with the Business Development Manager
- An enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
