Business Development Representative

Stokes-Hodges Ford is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up on vehicle pricing and availability
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team
  • Confirm next-day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects and customers
  • Work with the Internet Manager to follow up on hot leads
  • Prospect the manifest lists
  • Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
  • Log all appointments in eLead
  • Maintain daily appointment activity in a shared document with the Business Development Manager
Requirements:
  • An enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
