Position Summary:
Toyon Research Corporation is looking for a skilled Radio Frequency (RF) and Radar Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in the design and testing of RF and Radar Systems, particularly in Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques and countermeasures. You will collaborate with a team of innovative engineers tackling cutting-edge challenges in radar, navigation, communications, electronic warfare, and embedded sensor technologies.
An experienced RF/Radar systems engineer will have the chance to contribute to various projects across Toyon's product areas, including Antenna/RF, RF Products, Advanced Algorithms, Autonomous Systems, and Aerospace Systems.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer role will possess the following qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with one of the following:
- Ph.D. with 5 or more years of specialization in RF sensor systems; or
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of experience in radar/EW systems.
- Proficiency in various aspects of electronic support (ES), electronic attack (EA), and electronic protection (EP) systems.
- Solid understanding of estimation, sensor fusion processes, and system design.
- Expertise in advanced RF system features, including:
- Direction-finding (DF), subspace processing, and waveform design;
- Space-Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) / Space-Frequency Adaptive Processing (SFAP);
- Monostatic, Bistatic, and Multistatic Radar Systems;
- Low-Observable (LO) systems and Radar Cross Section (RCS) design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and independently.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with experts from diverse disciplines.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and develop complex systems are essential for this position.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for the Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer position is between $140,000 and $190,000. This range serves as guidance for annual base compensation, exclusive of overtime, bonuses, and benefits-related compensation. Individual candidates' education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, and training will be considered when preparing an employment offer.
