About the Role
Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules to meet client needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all crew members are following safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage and maintain equipment and company property, ensuring that all assets are in good working condition.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and employees to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or installation.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check.
- Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
