Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical expertise and hands-on support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fluid handling systems, valve automation solutions, and marine piping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments of fluid handling equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work with clients and shipyard personnel to install and integrate products into new and existing vessels and platforms.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in fluid systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Deliver technical training and guidance to ship crews and client personnel on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure customer needs are met and technical solutions are optimized for specific applications.
  • Provide emergency repair services and after-sales support, responding quickly to client needs and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Document service activities, prepare service reports, and ensure that all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or upgrades in client systems, recommending modifications or enhancements where necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and products in fluid handling and valve automation, providing recommendations for new solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marine equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical experience.
