Compensation:
  • Starting salary of $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, plan, coordinate, and manage all assigned projects within budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise project activities to meet performance goals regarding quality and quantity of work, including on-site training and scheduling.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation through ethical business practices with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop job schedules prior to project initiation to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to fulfill specifications and client requirements, attending site inspections as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Maintain strong customer relations to enhance company image.
  • Identify opportunities for future customer and product expansion.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Understand fabrication and installation processes to better meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in business software applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Strong ethical standards aligned with our Core Values.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is preferred.
