Job Summary:
Echo Lake Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and direct the plant maintenance functions, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish an efficient maintenance organization by assigning responsibilities, delegating, and training employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable procedures, GMP, OSHA, and Company rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules for all equipment, systems, and facility.
- Respond to maintenance questions and requests by providing information and recommendations.
