Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong background in technical writing, customer advocacy, and the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and update a wide range of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, programming manuals, illustrated parts breakdown, and service manuals.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other technical experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Translate Technical Jargon: Simplify complex technical concepts and present them in a way that is easy for non-technical audiences to understand.
  • Function as a User and Advocate: Perform product testing and provide usability feedback to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Post Manuals and Regulatory Documents: Publish technical documents on our website to ensure that customers have access to the information they need.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Clarity: Meticulously review and edit all documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and technical accuracy.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Stay Current on Technology: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
