Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage all programs related to optical services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, business development, and vendor relations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop financial systems and conduct analysis to support budgeting for Vision Services
  • Evaluate new programs and services, conduct market research, and support business development initiatives
  • Manage relations with external vendors, analyze suppliers, and ensure quality
  • Support departmental and organizational mission and strategic plans


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in eye care and/or optical services or related experience
  • Proven experience with vendor relations and financial analysis
  • Ability to travel regularly to all 15 sites, ideally hitting 2-3 of those sites per week
