Position Overview:
Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Risk and Compliance within the Financial Services sector.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance and maintain technology platforms aimed at mitigating financial risks through advanced technology and data analytics.

As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conduct Requirements Elicitation, define Application Architecture, and Design. You will also support the development of high-quality code and lead validation efforts for various testing types, as well as support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must be within commuting distance of specified locations or be willing to relocate. This position may involve travel to project sites.


Eligibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst focusing on Risk and Compliance.
- Familiarity with Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Basel 3, CCAR, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Basel 3, CCAR, etc.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for data analysis and knowledge of data warehouse technologies for risk data storage.
- Extensive experience with top U.S. financial organizations in Risk and Compliance applications.


In this role, you will:
- Actively support the consulting team through various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- Perform complex programming functions and provide technical guidance, including design architecture, configuration, coding, testing, and documentation for client systems as assigned.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with client-facing presentation abilities.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of common software development practices and possess good analytical skills.
- Collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage with business stakeholders to refine requirements and guide clients through key design engagements.
- Plan, organize, review, and implement project milestones to completion.
- Provide tailored solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to both onsite and offshore teams.
- Define proposal solutions and create client-specific Points of View.


Work Environment:
This role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Communication may occur via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions. Travel may be required based on job demands.
