Job Title: Clinical Manager - Oncology and Radiation Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Oncology and Radiation Therapy Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing nursing staff.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the clinical operations of the Oncology and Radiation Therapy Department
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Manage nursing staff, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, and performance issues
  • Prepare schedules and assign work to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Interpret and comply with regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • RN with clinic nursing experience required, leadership experience preferred
  • Positive, energetic personality
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, team building skills, and clinical/business knowledge
  • Effective organization skills, multitasking, and follow-through
  • Independent thinker and collaborator
