Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling products and checking quality on each piece for function and workmanship. You will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have basic math, reading, and writing skills, as well as basic computer skills. You should be detail-oriented and consistent, with the ability to work well as a productive member of a team. Additionally, you must be mobile to move from one workstation to another and lift 40 pounds.

\
Your primary duties will include reading work orders, assembling and packing products according to specifications, and using various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. You will also work with the Team Leader to produce product based on the production schedule and maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.

\
In this role, you will inventory tools, parts, and supplies, contact the Team Lead or Area Manager when supplies are needed, and check products based on standard work or training to ensure quality and uniform completion. You will resolve any identified problems and alert the Team Lead as necessary. Finally, you will meet quality standards, on-time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
