Job Description

At JARBO, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will play a vital role in fabricating, assembling, and preparing sheet metal and other materials used in HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal and other materials for HVAC systems.
  • Operate various shop machinery, such as shears, brakes, and presses, to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal.
  • Assist in the production and pre-assembly of HVAC components, such as ductwork, louvers, and fittings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  • Load and unload materials from deliveries, storing them appropriately.
  • Transport materials and tools from the shop to job sites, ensuring proper accounting of tools.
  • Inspect tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper function.
  • Dispose of all shop waste, scrap, and debris in accordance with company policies.
  • Support field and on-site installation efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in metal fabrication or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $20/hour, with opportunities for pay increases and incentives, including a $150 sign-on bonus and a $900 total incentive potential.
