Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, you will work directly with orthopedic patients who will benefit from the equipment and services that we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, fit, and instruct patients on orthopedic durable medical equipment to assist them in their recovery following injury or surgery.
- Communicate with patients regarding benefit coverage information provided by the home office.
- Collect patient payments and submit accurate delivery documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient privacy and provide quality care.
Requirements
- Superb time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a computer, smartphone, and tablet.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
What We Offer
A competitive full benefit package for full-time eligible staff, including 401(K) match, company-paid life and short-term disability, paid holidays, birthday, and additional paid time off. Choice of insurance medical plans, vision, and/or dental coverage. Full-time compensation ranges from $36,000 to $65,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience.

Our Sales Associates require proven sales experience and earn a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunity. They also perform the service responsibilities of the PSR with the added element of business relations and development.
