Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy for Orthopedic/Spine Chronic Pain Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour; Variable Schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience License: Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association Must-Have: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Job Description: - Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic/spine chronic pain of all ages.- Develop and administer individualized rehabilitation programs for patients.- Utilize Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) in treatment strategies for chronic pain patients, with prior experience preferred.- Effectively communicate with physician referral sources and other departments for care coordination and collaboration.- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary pain management team to deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care.- Be flexible to float across various units or locations based on staffing needs during the assignment.- Complete an orientation totaling 20 hours to integrate into the team and facility standards. First-time travel professionals are welcomed. Orientation will be conducted according to specific departmental schedules and locations.Flu vaccine is required unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
