About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ISP Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As an ISP Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of voice, data, and fiber optic cable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate various types of cable, including copper, coaxial, and fiber optic.
  • Configure and test network equipment, including routers, switches, and servers.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve installation processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of commercial experience in the low voltage cabling industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
