Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Expertise: Demonstrate a wide range of knowledge in Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Physical Security, as well as Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection.
  • Contractor Vetting: Review and process contractor vetting packets.
  • Investigation Initiation: Initiate investigations through the Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP).
  • Fingerprinting: Schedule and process fingerprinting requests, maintaining documentation and records.
  • Documentation Review: Conduct 25-2 and 2875 form reviews and processing.
  • TASS Renewal: Review and process Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) renewals, including contract reviews to determine eligibility.
  • Personnel Processing: Manage in/out processing for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
  • Clearance Documentation: Handle read-on/debrief documentation for cleared personnel.
  • DISS Management: Own and create subjects in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), granting appropriate access per position description (PD)/Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), removing subjects, and updating subject information.
  • Clearance Verification: Draft clearance verification memos and keep subject records.
  • Periodic Re-Investigations: Conduct periodic re-investigations and process individuals for continuous enrollment based on their previous CE/investigation date and PD/MOS requirements.
  • VAR Processing: Process and update Visit Authorization Requests (VAR), maintaining the current VAR roster.
  • SIPR Terminal Management: Setup and put away Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) terminals.
  • Daily Inspections: Perform daily Protective Distribution System (PDS) inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in various security disciplines (Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Physical Security, and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), and Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS).
  • Documentation: Strong ability to review and process security forms and documentation accurately.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain the appropriate security clearance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years: Of relevant experience in security operations.
  • Strong Analytical: And problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Work: Independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • US Citizenship: And ability to pass a background check.
