Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individualized attention and personalized treatment plans.
- Liaise with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program. A license to practice as an RN or PA in North Carolina, DEA independent licensure, and relevant certifications are also necessary. Recent graduates or those transitioning into Oncology/Hematologic Malignancy are encouraged to apply.
