Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent research that aligns with the department's mission and goals

Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field with at least two years of postdoctoral experience in genomics, epidemiology, and related fields
  • Strong computational skills with experience in various software and programming languages
  • Proficiency in analyzing high-dimensional omics data and large datasets within a cloud environment
  • Commitment to Meharry values and excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in genomic research, including genome, epigenome, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and proteome studies
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets within a cloud environment
