About the Role:

As a Retail Associate at Hobby Lobby, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to work in various departments, including Art, Crafts, Custom Frames, Fabrics, Floral, and Hobbies, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and friendly greeting to every customer, maintaining eye contact and offering assistance in locating additional items.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed.
• Focus on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
