About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for merchandising and housekeeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
