Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, using a digital-first mindset to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assess and address customer banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their unique goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring that customers receive consistent and high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four to five years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including digital offerings, and ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, branch team members, and partners.
