About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at LAS Truck & Auto, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine automotive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, and conducting thorough vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks: Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Issues: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair engine, drivetrain, and electrical system problems.
  • Conduct Thorough Vehicle Inspections: Identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including engine, drivetrain, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50-100lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
