Automation Technician

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, and training colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Train employees on equipment operation and maintenance, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities and provide support to colleagues as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electrical engineering technology or equivalent discipline preferred.
• Zero to two years of work-related experience in electro-mechanical equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
