Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at PCRK Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business operations and functional leaders to develop and implement business plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Prepare and interpret standard reports and KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, DOMO, and Empower.
  • Support business process re-engineering and vendor negotiations.
  • Oversee the company's annual planning, budget, and forecast processes.
  • Aid in the design of incentive compensation plans.
  • Support completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence.
  • Track and report on performance against plan(s).
  • Oversee projects to evaluate opportunities and challenges within the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field.
  • Three + years experience in financial planning, analysis, or related work.
  • Strong working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analysis tools.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and model building.
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs and business value drivers.
  • Sage Intact experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in groups and independently.
  • Experience leading projects and working as a business partner with departments outside finance.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $100,000 DOE Annually + Up to 10% Target Bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision benefits, 401K and other ancillary benefits. The position is hybrid, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
