Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and GRC, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.

  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required, with a focus on GRC and IRM.
  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and GRC in an enterprise production environment.
  • Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
  • ServiceNow implementation experience of solutions for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
  • Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
  • Proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
  • Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, data policies, UI scripts.
  • Can troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.
  • Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
  • Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including: requirements review and validation sessions, SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Utilizes strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
