Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Service-now platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC tools and be able to leverage them to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings. They will also have experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using the Service-now platform.
  • Leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
  • Work with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
  • Assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
  • Develop custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, data policies, and UI scripts.
  • Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.
  • Manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
  • Exhibit punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings.
  • Utilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment.
  • ServiceNow implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
