Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment, and will be able to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.

The ServiceNow GRC Developer will be responsible for implementing solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management, and will have knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment, and will be proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC solutions
  • Leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings
  • Implement solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management
  • Work with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog)
  • Collaborate with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and the GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment
  • Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings
  • ServiceNow implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog)
  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment
  • Proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)
