We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Earned Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for bonuses and other incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting stock, processing orders, and managing deliveries.
  • Assist with store displays, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of retail or customer service experience; experience in paint and coatings industry a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
