Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
    • Initiate genuine conversations with customers to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Utilize technology to streamline transactions, find products, and place orders for customers.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Build strong relationships with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Participate in product knowledge sharing and learning initiatives to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in store initiatives and highlighting colleagues' achievements.
  • Visual and Business Operations:
    • Understand the impact of sales and service on the store's business and strive to meet sales goals.
    • Support the shipment process to stay informed about new products and restocks.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while prioritizing customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Anthropologie's brand and values.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
