Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Aerotek. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of construction projects, including concrete restoration and sealant application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of construction sites, including cleanup and organization
  • Pouring and finishing concrete, including the use of wire mesh and expansion joints
  • Applying stains and colors for finishing touches
  • Applying waterproofing and sealant to protect concrete work
  • Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting, including scraping and sanding
  • Making on-site preparations, such as building scaffolding and covering fixtures
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in concrete, hardscaping, painting, waterproofing, or earthwork
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
