Job Requirements

American Capital Realty Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spokane, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic maintenance principles, including plumbing, electricity, and minor repairs. They will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $42,000-$58,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the management team to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, and that all necessary repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Some knowledge of appliance repair is beneficial, but not required.
