About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Spokane Falls Care, a Caldera Care facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulation, personal hygiene, and fluid nourishment.
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Document resident food and fluid intake.
  • Maintain residents' living areas clean and tidy, making their beds as needed.
  • Transport residents within the facility.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other staff as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
  • Physical strength and stamina.
  • First aid and CPR certifications.
