To support our sales and service team, we are seeking a Client Support Specialist.

In this pivotal role, you will be part of a global team dedicated to assisting our international clients before and after the sale of our products and services.

You will serve as a liaison between our clients, the international sales and service teams, order/export processing, and accounting to clarify status, production, delivery, and invoice inquiries.

Innovative and challenging - your responsibilities are significant

General customer support for new and existing clients
Management and maintenance of customer portals
Independent preparation of quotes for our standard products, services, and systems
Assistance in preparing quotes for system solutions and client-specific services and inquiries.
Support of logistics processes in client communication
Independent handling of internal department logistics
Evaluation of warranty claims, assistance with customer returns and their exchange/replacement.
General administrative tasks in sales/aftersales

Professionally and personally - your qualifications are impressive

Completed commercial training
Ideally, initial work experience in a similar role
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision
Experience in customer service for international clients
Experience in machine/special machine construction in the area of customer support
Strong customer orientation
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
