Statue Cruises is looking for a dedicated Ferry Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing an outstanding experience for our ferry passengers.

About the Role:

The Ferry Ticket Sales Representative will engage with ferry travelers to facilitate ticket transactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests, making a lasting impression of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the company's core values and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
  • Prioritize safety at all times and actively participate in safety protocols.
  • Monitor passenger safety before boarding the ferry.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Conduct ticket sales and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of ticketing areas and facilities.
  • Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking, including ticket and concession sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Compile end-of-shift reports detailing sales and passenger counts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid identification credentials as required.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and cash handling.
  • Minimum one year of experience in cash handling and six months in customer service.
