Job Title: Event Assistant

Overview:

This role is focused on providing support to the Athletic Facilities Lead Operator during various events at the district's venues. Key responsibilities include overseeing ticket sales, managing financial transactions, operating concession stands, and tracking inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate ticket sales, process payments, and deliver excellent customer service to attendees.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain inventory for concession offerings.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues, escalating complex matters to designated personnel.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support event operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in cash handling and customer interaction is preferred.
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
Background Checks:
  • A criminal background check is mandatory.
Compensation:

Positions are compensated on an hourly basis, with potential for growth based on prior experience. Hourly wages are determined by the role's classification and the individual's work history.
