Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and community facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
- Respond to and resolve emergency and routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and needs effectively.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.
- Utilize mobile applications for managing work orders and tracking maintenance tasks.
- Carry out plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and requesting replacements when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of properties.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or multi-family property maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
This position involves working in various residential settings, requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the ability to adapt to different environmental conditions.
