Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and community facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
  • Respond to and resolve emergency and routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and needs effectively.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Utilize mobile applications for managing work orders and tracking maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and requesting replacements when necessary.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or multi-family property maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
Work Environment:

This position involves working in various residential settings, requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the ability to adapt to different environmental conditions.
