Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed SUD/MH Counselor to join our team at Community Assessment & Treatment Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide critical support to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical recovery services to clients, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring that client needs are systematically and comprehensively addressed.
  • Facilitate discharge planning, including aftercare plans and referrals to community resources.
  • Apply evidence-based practices to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
  • Meet productivity and documentation requirements, as defined by our organization, board, and accrediting bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related discipline.
  • Must consent to and pass a urine drug screen.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in counseling or social work settings.
  • LSW or LPC with Chemical Dependency focus.
  • LCDC certification (or be registered with the Ohio Credentialing Board as a candidate for CDC certification).
