Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. This role involves providing essential healthcare services in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality patient care and community involvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat patients, leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
