Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to clients via telephone, email, and written format.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Document customer feedback and complaints.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years telephonic healthcare customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
  • Sharp organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Multi-systems/multi-monitors technical skills.
