Job Purpose

As a Peer Support Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, you will provide direct support to program participants, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and document client information in our Electronic Health Record. You will also maintain all required credentials and follow program-specific protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to program participants

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Specialized certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist or Parent Coach may be required
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance
