Program Highlights
Join our prestigious Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) designed for ambitious professionals eager to cultivate their leadership skills. This comprehensive two-year rotational program offers a unique opportunity to explore various facets of audit and financial management.
Program Structure
Throughout the duration of the program, you will engage in four distinct rotations, each lasting six months, across critical areas such as audit, controllership, and financial strategy. You will tackle innovative projects that are strategically aligned with our business objectives, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
During your rotations, you will immerse yourself in the daily operations of our Audit and Controllership teams, collaborating with various departments including Strategy, Operations, and Marketing. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business while taking ownership of significant projects.
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to present your findings and insights to senior leadership, enhancing your professional development through targeted mentorship and training.
Experience and Exposure
Participating in this program will provide you with invaluable experiences, including:
- Engagement in high-profile events, such as our Annual Shareholders' Meeting, where you will connect with associates from around the globe.
- Access to leadership development initiatives, professional mentorship, and specialized training.
- Exclusive opportunities to interact with senior executives and gain insights into strategic decision-making.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher).
- 2-5 years of experience in Public Accounting.
- CPA certification is preferred.
