Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's financial well-being.
  • General Accounting Tasks: Perform day-to-day general accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including financial statement audits, budget preparation, and financial forecasting.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and at least 4 years of related accounting experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience with Management Information Processing (MIP) or similar accounting software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: The physical demands of this role are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Working Conditions

The work environment is usually low to moderate noise level, and there are no known environmental hazards on the premises. Work environment is often stressful, and work is mostly inside. Normal office worker safety precautions and practices are required.
