Job Overview

DRMP offers a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience in Civil Engineering while earning their degree. As a Roadway Intern, you will assist in the production of engineering drawings, prepare quantity tabulations, and participate in engineering alternatives analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of preliminary and final engineering drawings for civil projects
  • Prepare and review quantity tabulations
  • Participate in engineering alternatives analysis by collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, and evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
  • Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
  • Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history
